I'm trying to eat healthy. Since deciding this I have thought of  NOTHING but pepperoni pizza and yet I truly don't need it at all...but it is filling my mind, the golden melted cheese and the delectable greasy pepperoni (sorry non-carnivores, this is my fantasy...grrrrrooowllll). Oh if I didn't have  a sleeping 22 month old to stop me from going to the corner store and feeding my already 20 pounds overweight, yet still adorable :), face with deliciousness (COME on you KNOW it is delicious and I do believe that chemicals and toxins and stuff are making a mess out of our health and even more so our skin).

 Anyhow, so the reason I started this goshforsaken blog is because I figure if I'm sitting hear trying to figure out what to add to a half open can of black beans that won't throwoff my calorie allotment for red wine but will still allow me to feel indulged and not terrible that i am eating after 9pm which Jillian Micheal's DOES NOT allow. Dang. Now I"m scared she will hunt me down and make me face my million demons... the demons whose faces appear in the oil that has gathered on the scrumptious pepperoni atop the golden cheesy pizza...THAT  i am once again now thinking about!

Any ideas on the 'make a meal with a half can of black beans" thing?
